Training with the BLK BOX Safety Squat bar is a safe option for intense squat progressions or maximum load lifts. The bent bar lowers the weight plates to stabilise your centre of gravity, and padded shoulder and arm pads increase your comfort level at higher weights. The handles will create a grip that will reduce strain and alleviate pressure on the wrists, compared to a traditional squat bar.
